Troubleshooting Common Issues

Power Cycling / Restarting the Device
To restart the Storeplay device, unplug it from the wall socket. Wait a few seconds, then plug it back in. Check that the device’s lights turn off and on during this process.
Internet Connection Issues
Ensure the Ethernet cable is securely connected to both the device and router. Check for flashing lights on both the router and the device.
Audio Playback Issues
Confirm that the AUX-RCA cable is properly connected between the device and the amplifier. Ensure the amplifier is set to the correct input channel, and the volume is turned up sufficiently.
SD Card Replacement
Power off the device before removing the SD card. Insert the new card carefully, ensuring it does not get pushed inside the device. After replacing the card, power the device back on.
