What does a customer need for BOPIS/Click & Collect?

BOPIS/Click & Collect orders need to be collected at the nominated pickup store or location, where proof of order is required. The confirmation screen will include a customers order number and booking ID, but some stores may require the confirmation email and/or photo ID, including a drivers licence or passport. It’s best to be prepared and have these on hand for pickup. 

If a different person has been authorised to collect a parcel, they will require photo identification together with the proof of purchase. Once a parcel has been signed for, the person collecting is responsible for any damage or loss of items.

How long does BOPIS/Click & Collect take?

Depending on each retailer’s operating hours, staffing capacity, and product availability, Click & Collect times can vary. The best retailers are able to provide a next-day or even same-day Click & Collect service (some retailers within 60 minutes), where a customer can shop online and be notified as soon as their order is ready for pick up.
