Before you start
You’ll need:

- Your Storeplay username and password.
- The store name you want to assign the screen to.

Six steps.
- Press the Smart Hub button on the Samsung remote.
- Open App Management in the Smart Hub menu.
- Install the custom app. Select Install Custom App and enter this URL: https://api.storeplay.io/tizen

Installation is complete.
Logging in and assigning a store
Both platforms use the same final two steps:
- After the TV restarts, Storeplay Display loads and shows a QR code.
- Scan it with your phone and sign in with your Storeplay credentials.
- Pick the store the screen belongs to. The screen then pulls its assigned content automatically.
Troubleshooting
Storeplay Display didn’t load after restart. Confirm the TV is connected to the internet, then power-cycle it again. On Samsung, recheck that the custom app URL was entered exactly. On LG, recheck the five SI Server values, especially the Server URL.
The QR code won’t scan. Use your phone camera or a QR reader at arm’s length, with the screen at full brightness. If it still won’t read, you can log in manually using the same Storeplay credentials.
The screen logs in but shows no content. Check it has been assigned to the correct store, and that the store has content scheduled.
